The Candy Cane Socks are a non-member land clothing item. They were first released on December 14, 2014, as the 14th gift of the Jamaaliday Gift Calendar, and they have since returned for the 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Jamaalidays calendar. All variants were re-released on July 16, 2020; December 3, 2020; and July 22, 2021, in the Jamaaliday Shop.

Appearance

The Candy Cane socks appear as striped socks with white and another solid color. The heel of the sock is a lighter shade of the sock's base color. The top is folded down. The rare variant appears to have red and light blue stripes instead of white and has a magenta heel. This item comes in nine different varieties, including the magenta variant.

Trivia

• The Rare Candy Cane Socks are the Rare Item Monday counterpart to this item.
• The magenta variant could be won from an AJHQ live stream on January 10th, 2019.
• There are some full magenta Candy Cane Socks in the game with only their base-color. Their origin is unconfirmed.
• Before the 2018 Jamaaliday Gift Calendar, the black variant could not be obtained through any conventional means.
  • The black color variant was said to be released in the 2017 Jamaaliday Gift Calendar by AJHQ in an Instagram post and through the Daily Explorer, but there was no proof of that happening. There have been no confirmed cases of someone winning them. They were, however, brought into the game when people who tampered with the code of the game changed the variant ID of any non-black socks given from the Calendar to its final and unreleased variant; which is black.
  • It is proven that the black-colored socks were brought into the game by hackers at the time, as they were programmed specifically to be unobtainable from the Calendar.
  • AJHQ gave away some black-colored socks during a livestream on June 18, 2018.
• Only the default variant could have been purchased when the item was put in the Jamaaliday Shop during 2018, but it was still possible for hackers to buy other variants, including the then-unreleased black variant.
• The black color variant was finally released in the 2018 Jamaaliday Gift Calendar, but the orange/peach variant was removed from the calendar as a result.
• On July 25, 2019, prior to the 12:00 Jamaaliday Jam party, this item was in stores; however, the socks were removed from during the party.

• They returned in 2016 as the 8th gift of the Jamaaliday Gift Calendar.
• They returned in 2017 as the 10th gift in the Jamaaliday Gift Calendar.
• They returned to the Jamaaliday Shop during the Jamaalidays in July in 2018.
• They returned in 2018 as the 9th gift in the Jamaaliday Gift Calendar.
• They briefly returned in 2019 as an item sold in the Jamaaliday Shop before being removed.
